Instagram‘s Android app has just been redesigned to make the app even responsively faster and optimized for most of the Android devices. On its latest version 5.1, it’s optimized to 50-percent from its previous app size making it even faster. It has effectively manage the profile pages to load 2X faster and they also rearrange the buttons for ease of navigation on different sizes of devices. So basically, the app buttons for in-app settings and photo editing are now dynamically adjusting for different screen sizes of Android devices.
“We’ve worked to make sure that Instagram feels native and at home on any Android device,” Instagram said in a blog post announcing the update. “We’ve simplified our visuals throughout our app, making use of valuable screen space for small devices and feature phones and rearranging our design to keep buttons within easy reach as you navigate the app on a larger device.”
The iOS newest Instagram app version has been also outed earlier and it features a new creative tools called Lux which unfortunately not included in the Android update, but the company promises to have the creative tool coming soon to its Android version.
