It seems the Samsung’s Galaxy S5 has been building its hype to close 2013. From its recent appearance in Browsermark, this time the SM-G900F the closest moniker you can relate to Galaxy S5 had just made its mark in AnTuTu’s benchmark database.
Here are the specifications rooted from the benchmark tool which suggests the possible prototype of Samsung’s Galaxy S5:
- Snapdragon 800 quad-core chipset – MSM8974AC – clocked at 2.5 GHz
- 3 GB of RAM
- 32 GB of internal memory
- 16MP primary and 2 MP front-facing camera
- 1080p display resolution, and this is not the rumored 2K HD display
We don’t know if the S5 will coincide with LG’s G3 launch at MWC 2014 but it’s also expected to be launched in Q1 next year. However, if the SM-G900F is just a prototype, Sammy should be in the hurry right now to hit the timeline.
Apparently, that’s not the only allegedly S5 models out there which seemed to have Sammy’s elusive diversion tactics to keep the hype ready for the official device.
