Yes, unlike other phone with power button and volume at either top or side, LG intentionally put it at the back to let you know where to locate these buttons at all times even without looking. These up and down volume keys will also launch the Quick memo and camera app upon pressing within 3 sec.

No need to search or locate your phone’s buttons. With G2’s KnockOn, you can wake or put it to sleep by simply tapping its screen twice. Very handy indeed during presentation or meetings and we forget to silent our phones, all we need to do is tap and the phone will power-off. On the other hand, Answer Me mimic our wired-phone behavior that is – whenever we got a call, all we need to do is put the phone on our ear and answer the call.
Need a remote? Why not use your G2? G2 featured QuickRemote that enables it to control range of infrared devices like TV or game consoles.
Plug and pop simply means plug your headphones on your G2 and it will automatically pops a menu containing apps that can be use using your accessory.
Like Windows parental control, G2 also have its GuestMode where you can set ‘guest’ account and limit screened apps that are not appropriate for your kids or contents that are strictly for your eyes only.
And finally, G2’s Capture Plus allows you to copy pictures and content from web over LG’s browser.
LG G2 is a very promising phone. With all that specs and features plus its well-designed ideas of improving how we can maximize the use of phone, LG is really making our lives good. LG haven’t provided yet any hint how much the device will cost and when will it be released but let’s hope it came the soonest and of course with – the right price.
