HTC One X and HTC Evo 4G LTE devices have been released from US Customs after it complies with the International Trade Commission’s ruling.
The shipment delays rooted from the software patent infringement issues filed by Apple saying HTC violated 10 of its patents. However, ITC found only one out of 10 violations as chargeable. As workaround, HTC announced that they will remove that “feature” on all of their phones.
The devices are now making their way into the United States and expect to receive your orders as soon as possible.
