The HTC Sensation is smartphone packed with powerful specs and cutting edge design and is set to compete against the world’s thinnest Samsung Galaxy S II.
HTC Sensation runs on Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread platform which is rumored to be upgraded to the Ice Cream Sandwich version. It uses the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset with two Scorpion cores clocked at 1.2GHz and with 768MB of RAM; Sensation ensures seamless multitasking and fast browsing experience.
For a great viewing experience, Sensation comes equipped with a 4.3-inch S-LCD touchscreen display (540 x 960 pixels) protected by the scratch and scrape resilient Corning Gorilla Glass. Cloaked under its Android platform is the improved HTC Sense 3.0 UI which features some new looks and animations. Completing the package is the 8MP front-facing camera which comes with the new Instant Capture feature and stereo sound recording. Using the rear camera, users can record 1080p videos at 30fps while the front is use for video chat.
