From the great success of the Motorola XOOM, Motorola has released two additions to its tablet lineup; the new Motorola XOOM 2 and Motorola XOOM 2 Media Edition both possess power to take on the world providing prevailing tablet experience.
The new Motorola XOOM 2 and Motorola XOOM 2 Media Edition both feature 3G and Wi-Fi capabilities, Android 3.2 Honeycomb, a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor, crystal clear displays with Corning GorillaGlass and a splashguard coating for extra protection against unexpected spills and pop-up rain showers.
Furthermore, both tablets include the new MotoCast app that allows users to stream music, photos, videos and documents between the users’ computer and their tablet without any media tools, apps, or cords. Both tablets also have access to Google Mobile Services, including Google Maps with Navigation, Google Talk and browsing.

Motorola XOOM 2 is 100 grams lighter than its predecessor; it features a more vibrant and brighter 10.1-inch widescreen HD display enclosed with edges that have been strategically designed to make the tablet more comfortable to hold. XOOM 2 is preloaded with Business Ready features like VPN support and data encryption. It features MOTOPRINT app that allows users to print wirelessly from their tablet. It also features enterprise-grade security, Active Sync, USB and HDMI connectivity, and pre-loaded Citrix Receiver and Citrix GoToMeeting. XOOM 2 is being powered by 7000 mAh Li Ion battery delivering over 10 hours of video playback allowing users to spend more time with their tablet.

Motorola XOOM 2 Media Edition comes handy with its 8.2-inch display optimized for entertainment with its wide viewing angle of 178 degrees. Its graphics performance has been improved by 20%, so users can expect smoother gaming accompanied by the adaptive virtual surround sound with booming bass for a truly hand-held cinematic experience. And with its preloaded custom remote control app, XOOM 2 Media Edition can be a universal remote control for home AV equipment. Users can enjoy more than 6 hours of Web usage (on WiFi) and more than 3 days of music playback with its 3900 mAh Li Ion battery.
