Canonical’s plans to build Ubuntu for Android devices

We know that you’ve probably heard about Canonical’s plans to build Ubuntu for Android devices, and as of the moment we’ve seen warm welcome for this big news. The plan seems to resemble the build of early Motorola Webtop, and gladly the company confirms that it won’t be a Webtop at all.

And if your getting really excited to get your hands on Ubuntu for Android, Mobile World Congress(MWC 2012) will be featuring Canonical’s stake on the mobile computing arena next week in Barcelona. Microsoft, Apple and Google will sure to have another key competitor on the tablet platform or shall we say on the world of computing, not just desktops or tablets.
