Ice Cream Sandwich finally tops 1% of Android ecosystem

Google have just posted the data gathered in the last 14 days of January to affirm that Ice Cream Sandwich shortly known ICS to take a tiny slice on the pie chart figures at 1-percent of the total Android ecosystem.

This 1-percent could be technically made of Galaxy Nexus, updated Nexus S, Asus Transformer Prime, Motorola XOOM, and various adventurous root users. From here, we can define a minor growth of the new Android OS though Galaxy Nexus is push to carriers during the busy shopping season last quarter.

From the chart above, you’ll see that most of the big slices was taken by Froyo, Gingerbread and Honeycomb leaving the good ol’ Cupcake, Donut, Eclair and newly released ICS with tiny shares.
